1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, registering, or purchasing on azzro.in or through any Azzro mobile application, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Azzro Wear Pvt. Ltd. ("Azzro", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, including all features, services, and content offered therein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases on Azzro
• By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete
• Azzro reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion
• If you are under 18, you may browse the platform only with parental or guardian supervision

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@azzro.in. Azzro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Products & Pricing

All products listed on Azzro are offered by independent third-party vendors. Azzro acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not the seller or manufacturer of these products. While we make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Azzro reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or restrict access to any product or price at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

5. Orders & Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance is confirmed when Azzro sends an order confirmation email
• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is subject to a handling fee of ₹30 and is available in select pin codes only
• Azzro uses PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways; we do not store card information
• Orders may be cancelled or withheld in cases of suspected fraud or policy violation

6. Wallet & Promotions

The ₹10 sign-up wallet bonus is automatically credited upon successful account registration and email verification. Wallet credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash. They may be used as part-payment on eligible orders.

Promotional offers, discount codes, and cashback rewards are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and may be modified or withdrawn without notice. Misuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on azzro.in — including the AZZRO brand name, logo, visual identity, design elements, written content, AI features, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Azzro Wear Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Azzro content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using Azzro:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or checkout
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or interact with the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or user accounts
• Posting fraudulent reviews, ratings, or seller feedback
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or overburdens platform infrastructure
• Reselling products purchased at promotional prices for commercial profit

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Azzro Wear Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, product defects (which are the responsibility of the respective vendor), delivery delays, data loss, or technical outages. Azzro's total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Azzro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We encourage you to first contact us at support@azzro.in to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

11. Modifications to Terms

Azzro reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Azzro following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
